"No Regrets"
Two friends Danny and Paul spend their summer after high school as lifeguards in Staten Island. The two try to find true love (and sex) during their last summer before Danny goes to Harvard. When Krystal Manicucci, the daughter of the local mob boss, shows up with her over-the-top boyfriend, Danny's attention is drawn. However, Krystal has been his former babysitter.

Comedy without jokes.
Clearly, little effort or talent has been wasted on this film. It's not at all enjoyable, and another mandatory ingredient – beautiful women – is also somewhat overlooked. Nothing to offer, and certainly nothing new.
