A $20 bill is spit out from a vending machine into the hands of a busy mother. However, the wind blows it out of her hands in the direction of a bum. She uses it for the lottery. The bum believes the serial number will bring her good luck. Unfortunately, it doesn't come to that, because the twenty bill is plucked from her hands by a lightning skater.
