Mambo Italiano plot
"Things change. Family doesn't."
Maria and Gino's world collapses when their son decides to live on his own. "What is so wrong with living with your parents until you get married?" they ask him. They are relieved to learn that Angelo's childhood friend Nino is moving in with him. After all, Nino is an old friend of the family and a police officer. The reassurance is short-lived when it turns out that Nino and Angelo share more than just a living space, they are in love with each other. All hell breaks loose in a temperamental Italian way and with the general horror there is also a cry for help. After the initial disbelief, outright indignation follows. The boys are just lost and something needs to be done ASAP to get them back on track. The knives are sharpened and the battle can begin, "tutta la famiglia (the whole family)" is going to battle!
