"One girl. Two guys. Three possibilities."
Eddy and Stuart share a student residence. Due to a misunderstanding in the administration, Alex, a college student, becomes their third roommate. Alex soon falls for the quiet Eddy, and Stuart likes Alex. Eddy is confused with his homosexual feelings and he starts to have warm feelings for Stuart. The three get along well as friends, but some feelings start to cause problems.

Wasn't expecting it, but I really enjoyed this movie! Super from start to finish. I'm not a big fan of Stephen Baldwin, because he always plays in bad movies, but in this movie I didn't mind him and his character at all. The other two actors also played a good role.

Excellent film in which a student has to share a room with two male students due to an administrative error. The three main characters and the resulting triangular relationship are well and captivatingly portrayed. After more than twenty years, the film still comes across as fresh and smooth. The cast also does a great job.

American romantic drama about three students who get involved in a love triangle.
Cinematography not special, just realistic. Mainly indoor scenes in the apartment, some outdoor scenes on/off campus. Music appropriate to the film and the time. The film is only carried by the three protagonists, who play their roles reasonably, supporting roles are of minor importance.
Plot: Alex accidentally moves into the apartment with Eddy and Stuart because of her boyish-sounding name. After 'the knives have been sharpened', they make up for it. Alex becomes charmed by Eddy, Eddy in turn likes Stuart and Stuart sets his eye on Alex. That can never go well! A bizarre love triangle arises with the necessary hilarious situations.
The film seems a bit dated, but was probably quite refreshing for 1994. The protagonists also seem a bit too old to pass for (eternal) 'student', I had cast somewhat younger players for that. Still, the film is charming and made me smile every now and then. There are also some serious moments in the film. Very suitable for an evening of old-fashioned uncomplicated feel-good feeling!
