"Revenge is the only way out."
Kool is an artist with a black belt in karate, and in love with LaShawna. One evening, she witnesses a stabbing and discovers that the victim is a cop. She is arrested on suspicion of murder and sent to prison. Kool wants to do everything he can to prove her innocence, and decides to work with the detective Tully, who can use him to infiltrate a crime organization.

An action film with a great opening scene in which Kool is pursued by police cars. The story feels a bit chaotic and never becomes exciting or captivating. It all drags on a bit when Kool tries to prove his innocence about his girlfriend, who is wrongly convicted. Surprisingly, his girlfriend is brutally beaten in prison and later dies from her injuries. Kool can't accept this and forms the Hot Boyz, which also includes Snoop Dogg and Anthony Johnson (Pee Wee). The latter betrays Kool at some point, and then the film takes the viewer back to the opening scene. C. Thomas Howell plays the police villain, and Gary Busey plays Tully, who uses Kool to infiltrate the crime scene. Leila Arcieri also has a very small role alongside Kool at a disco bar, where she stares awkwardly into space. The coolest scene is when the sexy Lorissa McComas enters Tully's police station and seduces him by flashing her shapely bosom. Tully, very dryly, you know what...come to my house tonight and I'll make time for you.
