Sinister Nazi scientist Dr. Manteuffel hides in the jungles of South Africa. His secret investigation involves a virus intended to kill the weak and non-Aryans in our society. The only man who can stop him from this is the adventurer John Hamilton. He leads an expedition of Nazi hunters who must endure many hardships before Dr. Manteuffel can rob him of his dream.

Solid Canon junk in the same vein as Quatermain, only this is a tad worse and cheaper. 1.5*

Watched it today on a German Blu-ray with English speech and subtitles, they really did a nice job of restoring the film on Blu-ray!
The film starts off a bit vague with some Germans set in 1945, after a short intro the film starts and we soon see Michael Dudikoff shine in this action/adventure film.
First he walks through the jungle (Amazon) with three people and along the way he encounters all kinds of things such as various Indian tribes and other evil people, later he arrives in a village and then he goes back into the jungle in search of a woman who was left behind (captured) and this time with more reinforcements he goes back to the jungle.
Lots of action scenes in the form of shooting and numerous explosions, hardly any fights, but something happens throughout the film and it is therefore not boring.
Even towards the end it was fine and I am very satisfied with this film with beautiful images of the jungle / Amazon and the atmosphere with the boat on the water.
A bit in the style of ''Allan Quatermain'' and ''King Solomon's Mines''.
