Have the NL dvd release.

Quite a good film. I'm surprised it only has the comedy genre. It could also be called a drama. Lollobrigida plays it well and is entertaining. I also thought the sergeant was very beautiful and well-done. 3.5.

A cheerful sequel to Pane, Amore e Fantasia. It's actually a shame for us as film lovers that Gina Lollobrigida has so often crossed over to Hollywood in her career, primarily to play seductive women in second-rate films. Her undeniable talent and sensual allure are truly best showcased in these kinds of authentic-looking Italian comedies. While this one doesn't quite reach the level of the original P, A e F, "La Lollo" is once again the radiant centerpiece of a smooth, lighthearted film with occasional lighthearted dramatic touches, in which she proves she's more than just "The Most Beautiful Woman in the World," without wanting to detract from this well-deserved label. Not an absolute masterpiece, but very entertaining nonetheless.

A decent sequel. The pawns are in place after the first installment, so the film can build on that nicely. It's a fun little movie with great characters and a decent atmosphere, but it's also one of those movies that never really ignites or excels. 3.0*.
