Bijo to Ekitai Ningen plot
"People are dissolving! The horror of a flowing radioactive liquid!"
After a failed drug deal, one of the suspects appears to have disappeared without a trace. The police are in the dark until one of the officers discovers that a number of criminals have taken part in a nuclear test in the Pacific. The radiation has made their molecular composition unstable, turning them into a puddle of slime when touched.
