Densô Ningen plot

"Here Comes the TELEGIAN!! The World is Terrorized."

Tokyo is infested by a mysterious serial killer. The police have no idea who could have done it, until one of the officers discovers that the killer has powers that allow him to teleport himself. Soon the killer is known as The Telegian, but despite his popularity, he can't resist killing.
