Very short, but with a nice, pleasant portrayal of some of the people living there. The many shots of trains, in particular, are reminiscent of the better work of Ozu and Hou, although I find the characters themselves considerably less compelling in this short film. But in 30 minutes, that doesn't hurt. 3.5*.
