Ingmarsarvet plot

During a violent nighttime storm of biblical proportions, the young farmer Ingmar believes he recognizes visions of his ancestors in the clouds. Ingmar then decides to do his best to regain control of the family farm. That same night, the preacher Helgum arrives in the farming village. The preacher, who claims to be able to perform miracles, sows division in the village and wants the farmers to follow him to the Promised Land.
