Sing Your Way Home plot
The conceited war correspondent Steve Kimball, desperate to return to the United States from occupied Paris, reluctantly agrees to escort a group of stranded teenage artists, including the red-haired Bridget, who isn't actually a member of the group but simply stranded. But Steve has a job for her: smuggle his stories past the censors using "love code." Their dormitory on board is also shared by the adult glamour girl Kay. Can the teens enlist Kay's help in keeping Steve out of their way?
