The film adaptation of the satirical play by Dietmar Jacobs and Moritz Netenjakob takes place during the annual general meeting of the Lengenheide tennis club. The atmosphere is characterized as peaceful, a stark contrast to the polarized 'outside world'. Until Melanie [Anja Knauer] asks a critical question about the traditional barbecue, which is linked to the wishes of her “Turkish” partner Erol [Fahri Yardim]. Erol immediately indicates that he has no desire for special treatment, but cannot prevent the discussion from getting out of hand. Kerkeling steals the show as the chairman who tries with all his might to nip a pointless discussion in the bud, but all the key figures have their comedic moments in this often hilarious and sharply written comedy, in which Erol appropriately gets the last word.
