Mediocre film in which three improvisation actors are hired by the police for undercover work. A nice setup for an action comedy like this. Quite predictable and sometimes a bit repetitive. Certainly a number of entertaining moments and a cast with secretly quite a few familiar names. Just under 3.0 stars.

Excellent film in which different genres cross each other in a way that the British can do. No self-sewn wounds and bottles of whiskey, like the usually mediocre American comedies in this genre. A glimpse into the world of a wannabe actor, a stand-up comedian teacher and an Indian who just wants to belong, are well cast, whereby the intersecting elements of black humor, crime and drama are well attuned to each other. The whole is then also pulled towards a parody of the entire theme. Entertaining with many winks. 4* and a plus for Bloom.

Amusing.

Didn't expect anything at all. Set up as a conclusion to the ever busy evening rush, not feeling like looking for something 'decent'. And it certainly managed to charm the first half hour. Quite predictable, but I could often laugh heartily about it. After that, the film becomes increasingly repetitive. The gimmick of bluffing your way out of a perilous situation by means of foolish acting is of course not inexhaustible. The cast contains a lot of familiar faces, although most of them are no longer A-listers.
