Thomas Keller is America's most wanted man. When he shows up in the small town of Redemption, Kentucky, the bloodthirsty mob is looking for revenge and the huge bounty on his head. After the murder of Thomas Rockefeller, Thomas Keller [Stephen Dorff] flees to the town of Redemption where Jericho [Costas Mandylor], with the help of photographer Ben [Nicolas Cage], gives wanted criminals a second chance by staging their executions and then claiming the bounty. Shortly after Thomas' "execution", Val [Heather Graham] and her daughter Grace [Ava Monroe Tadross] appear, followed by Thomas' brother Robert [Jeremy Kent Jackson], who wants to claim the bounty for his brother himself. An interesting premise is ruined by Skiba's confused, often disastrous camera direction, making it difficult to follow the action scenes. It is handy that the bad guys wear the same clothes and a mask. That saves on the costs of extra stuntmen! Cage pushes the boundaries of his craft with his most outrageous role ever. Unfortunately, that is not a recommendation. The role of Jericho's daughter Bella is played by Scarlet Rose Stallone, daughter of Jennifer Flavin and Sylvester Stallone.
