Apoptosis plot

It is 2074 and the Earth is completely polluted. The governments and systems have collapsed and there is a great lack of food. When the company Bionet takes over completely, a better future is promised with their product Biogreen. Every citizen is implanted with a chip that reveals their personal information and financial situation. The control is carried out by special sector offices that fall under Bionet. The time has come for the final solution.
