A bit of a strange thriller. Here and there even stupid. The Dutch songs are nice, such as Het Dorp by Wim Sonneveld, Sammy by Ramses Shaffy and Het Werd Zomer sung by Rob de Nijs. You feel a bit like you are in your own country, also in terms of setting which was quite okay. But for the rest it was just enough.

What good actors, who are terribly bad in this film, especially Kidman and Macfadyen. A disappointing mess as The Guardian says. They are also rightly not wild about it on imbd. The second bad film of Kidman after the other terrible film Babygirl....she is going to stop for a while..it is okay with me

The song, Het became zomer by Rob de Nijs was the best part of the film....RIP

Mediocre film about a woman who suspects her husband of cheating and sets out to investigate with a colleague. The film has a somewhat idiosyncratic tone and the rather special location (Holland in the United States) also contributes to this. A kind of mystery that unfolds very slowly, only managed to fascinate me sporadically. It also has little substance.
