Sihir Kamar Gelap plot

From a dream, a call resounds, bringing family meetings with shadows to life in a dark room. Oppressive memories and ancestral ceremonies, recorded during the Dutch colonial rule in present-day Indonesia, come to light. We see how ways of life are destroyed and farmers are exploited for the benefit of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. This leads to new layers of meaning and a critical view of contemporary power structures.
