"Love is timeless"
Lucy is hired to write the screenplay for a remake of a holiday movie. She takes a tour of the grounds. When she knocks over an hourglass, she is transported back in time to 1946. When she runs into Jack Houston there, she is convinced she has lost her mind.

I've always had a soft spot for time travel stories, magic during Christmas is of course the perfect excuse to make time travel possible, this time in the form of a magical hourglass, furthermore, the story is, despite the fact that this theme has been used before in Christmas films, originally conceived and certainly entertaining.
Unfortunately the somewhat meager budget is a bit of a limiting factor, the special effects are very minimal and could have been a bit more.
However, the sets and scenery are very beautiful and give the film a nice Christmas atmosphere.
And the ending is almost perfectly chosen, although you could see it coming.
