L'Ultima Volta Che Siamo Stati Bambini plot
Rome 1943, four children, Italo, Cosimo, Vanda and Riccardo, play war while outside the bombs of the real war explode. After a friend disappears and is taken to a Nazi camp, the group of three youngsters goes on a rescue mission. While being searched for by a nun and a soldier, they are plagued by dangerous adventures and a desire for independence, which comes at a heavy price.
