Tonde Saitama: Biwako Yori Ai o Komete plot

Rebel leader Rei continues his mission to Saitama-ize all of Japan in this long-awaited sequel to Fly Me to the Saitama. The Saitama Liberation Front plans to create an inland sea and beach to unite their prefecture and fellow citizens, and to attract tourists. However, Rei and his comrades find themselves caught up in a resistance against the evil Osakans.
