A nonsense film in which utterly uninteresting scenes are dragged out endlessly. The opening scene, in particular, in which a man and a woman have a half-hearted conversation, drags on for ages while nothing happens. After this incredibly long 25-minute affair (which feels like three hours), director Terry Jarrell simply continues statically prolonging unimportant moments. It's completely meaningless, completely uninteresting, and visually cheap. It's nothing more than sticking a camera somewhere, and it seriously hinders any real pace or sense of suspense. The final half hour brings things back to life, but it's so chaotic and cluttered that it only earns an extra half-mark.
