The fearless Léo thinks he is the best agent on the French Riviera. When she hears about the murder in Hamburg of her colleague Ludo, who was like a brother to her, she is determined to find out the truth. But her boss has other ideas and insists on turning the case over to a German super agent. Léo discovers that the agent in question is the attractive and overtrained Mélanie. Forced into an uneasy partnership, these two fiery but contradictory characters have no idea that the city of Nice is facing an impending threat - and that they are more closely linked than they thought.
