Couldn't find it right away.
Saw it on TV yesterday. Just like Arno, I am from Ostend, so there is a strong connection. I thought the documentary was very beautifully put together. Building up, song by song. With explanations about his best-known songs, but also his lesser-known ones. And all done in his own unique way. A rough exterior, a rock 'n' roller through and through, yet with a soft side on the inside. An example for many. Someone who refused to be led by others, wanted nothing to do with politics. He kept doing his own thing and, with his band, produced a very distinctive sound. Kristof Michiels presents an ode and a work of art here. An ode to Arno. Thank you for all your music, for what you left us. You remain in our thoughts. Have a great time up there!
