Kassui plot

Iwakiri, an employee of the municipal water company, visits households that have not paid their bills during an ongoing drought and turns off the water. Iwakiri has been living like a zombie since he lost contact with his wife and child. Then he meets the young sisters Keiko and Kumiko, whose father has disappeared and whose mother rarely comes home.
