Die Geschichte einer Familie plot

Chrissi returns home after a long absence. She works abroad a lot, but after an accident she has to return to her home village and face her father and memories of the past. However, her father has been suffering at home for years and sees himself unable to care for his daughter. He wants to give her money to live outside Germany, but this only brings up the tensions in the father-daughter relationship.
