Retribution plot

"All roads lead to the truth."

American businessman Matt Turner lives in Berlin with his wife and children. One day while Matt is taking his children to school, he receives a call from an unknown number and a mysterious voice on the phone. If he does not do as he is told, the bomb hidden under the seat in his car will go off. In a race against time, Matt tries to solve the mystery and save his family.

a real popcorn and beer film, don't think too much, just watch it... and if you don't want that, watch something else, I still think it's good, sometimes better, sometimes less so...

Retribution

Reasonable snack, but nothing more.

Thrillers with Liam Neeson in them are usually fun films, but unfortunately you can see that he is getting older. Luckily he didn't have to move much in this movie haha.

Furthermore, it was a fairly predictable film. How Matt is towards his children and wife, how the children and his wife view him and that after this ride it all turned 180 degrees. That's just how it goes in such films. Furthermore, you know quite quickly who is behind it and you also know that that guy won't detonate the bomb, because he needs Matt to get the money. Unfortunately, there is little tension left.

2.5 stars.
