Great Yarmouth: Provisional Figures plot

Great Yarmouth is a run-down seaside town in eastern England. Hundreds of Portuguese migrants are looking for work in the local turkey factories. Tânia is married to the cheeky Richard, an English hotel owner. She offers shelter to the Portuguese workers in her husband's dilapidated hotel rooms. Tânia dreams of becoming a British citizen and leaving this dirty business behind for good.
