"London is about to get a taste of Texas."
An armed Texas police officer tracks down a bank robber across the desert. The policeman discovers that the bank robber is an international terrorist who wants to detonate a bomb in the heart of London. When the lawman's partner is murdered, he teams up with a British intelligence agent and her boss to bring the outlaw to justice - dead or alive.

Smooth film with a followable story. Good action. Don't get bored for a moment. John Malkovitch plays a soured pen-licker and rule-fucker. Thomas Jane plays his role convincingly as a ranger. A bit of John Wayne's fearless attitude. Combined into a bite-sized chunk by Jesse v Johnson. Earned 4 points

Weak action movie. The biggest flaw is the story. With this genre you have to take the story with a grain of salt anyway and don't judge the film on it. But with this film, the story is very sad and silly, which even a top director and a top cast could not have made much of. Simply laughable. The effect is still working. The action scenes are just manageable for a b-movie and visually it can also just get by. The acting is what you can expect from the actors, so of a reasonable level. 1.5
