Cherry Chevapravatdumrong (delicious name) and Teresa Hsiao; then you already know what to expect. It's not going to win any awards for originality but the 90 minutes fly by and there are some good/daring jokes in there; the second cheeky, successful comedy of the month after Lawrence's No Hard Feelings.

Ambitious attorney Audrey [Ashley Park] and rebellious, sex-crazed Lolo [Sherry Colla] have been best friends for 25 years despite their differences. When Audrey is assigned to bring in a potential client from China, she travels to Beijing with Lolo as an interpreter. For vague reasons, the socially handy Vannes AKA Deadeye [Sabrina Wu] and Audrey's college friend Kat [Stephanie Hsu] join them. The nonsensical premise is an excuse for the type of tasteless jokes that marred many a road trip comedy at the turn of the century. The fact that jokes about sex, alcohol and drugs come from women's mouths makes this a must for some. Sexism in a nutshell, because a bad scenario is and remains a bad scenario. But the four talented protagonists throw everything into the battle to make something of it and still manage to provide a chuckle or a smile here and there.
