The Perfect Tribute plot

On November 19, 1863, President Abraham Lincoln delivers a speech at the dedication ceremony of the Gettysburg Cemetery. Afterwards, he is very disappointed with the crowd's apparent lack of enthusiasm. The next day, while taking a reflective walk through the capital, he encounters a young boy in dire need of a lawyer.
