Treacherous Crossing plot

"Her honeymoon cruise. A new beginning or a fatal end..."

1947. Lindsay Grant and her husband Kenneth board a ship sailing from New York to Europe. Her husband disappears immediately and her key does not fit the double room they have booked, but a single room. It turns out that her luggage is labeled with her maiden name Thompson. However, according to the ship's management, their data appears to be correct. A servant who Lindsay says saw her board the plane with her husband denies. She also has no papers to prove her story, which her husband had. An inquiry reveals that Lindsay had a nervous breakdown just before the trip. Is she telling the truth or is she imagining everything?
