Mediocre war movie. The story feels like loose sand and lacks a clean line. The film flies a bit from heel to branch. The opening is quite good and visually surprisingly beautiful with good cgi and camera work. After that, the fun is pretty much over. Not that the film is boring, but it just doesn't fascinate because, as indicated, the focus is missed. The action scenes are otherwise reasonable, but don't make it to the opening scene. The ending is weak. Most disturbing is the soundtrack, which is completely out of place. Very strong start, but then downhill fast. 2.0/2.5
