Neophytes and Neon Lights plot

In a world where aviation has been replaced by teleportation, five unemployed people work for benefits. The job involves welcoming tourists arriving at the teleportation station to Sydney. With one hand they steer the tourists in the right direction and with the other they steal their wallets.
