The First Kangaroos plot

In 1908, Sydney rugby is played purely out of love for the game. However, handy hustler James Giltinan splits from the Rugby Union and founds the NSW Rugby League. There players get paid and they are insured for injuries. Led by Giltinan, the Australian team will also tour England for the first time.
