"Everyone is a filmmaker... at heart."
The driver Veerababu finds an expensive camera in the back seat of his rickshaw. His first instinct is to sell the device to make a quick buck. However, a television program about the financial success of independent films inspires him to make a film, assuming it is the solution to the materialistic limitations of him and his village. Veerababu enlists the help of the villagers, who know nothing about filmmaking but have seen enough. How hard can it be?
