"Honor over orders."
A corrupt FBI agent turns out to be involved in a gang that deals in sex slaves. Sniper and CIA rookie Brandon Beckett then goes undercover to expose the corrupt cop and bring the criminal organization down. Beckett gets help from former allies, including Zero, a Home Office agent, and assassin Lady Death.

Mediocre action film. The story is not very interesting, which is accepted within this genre. The execution is variable. There is a scene, the terrace scene, that is quite strong for a B-movie. That scene is quite exciting, is well constructed and has an original angle. Surprising. Otherwise it is not all that good. The ending is certainly quite sad. The acting, given the level of the film, is passable. 2.0/ 2.5

Sniper Brandon Beckett [Chad Michael Collins] is held responsible for the escape of Laura Lake [Paula Potosky] during an attempt to take down a human trafficking ring. When Laura is found dead in her bathroom not long after, Brandon smells a rat, but at the urging of Cusamano [Paul Essiembre], Colonel Stone [Dennis Haysbert] refuses to lift Brandon's suspension. Brandon teams up with his old friend Zeke Rosenfeld [Ryan Robbins] and uses an escaped human trafficking victim [Jocelyn Hudon] to lure Laura Lake and her accomplices out of hiding. It's never a good sign when there's more (often clumsy) comedy than action, but then again, this franchise is long past its sell-by date. Strikingly stylish camerawork from Paul Suderman is a plus, but "C'est Ca!" The epilogue makes it clear that the chalice is not yet empty.
