Still very nice indeed.

The film really plays on the emotions of the viewer, which works quite well, and which Joel Kinnaman conveys surprisingly well.

Beautiful images too. Razor sharp, beautiful colours. Strange intermittent images every now and then; special effects rendered at the wrong frame rate?

The rest is pretty poor. Very long build-up, which is realistic, but not a really satisfying climax of violence. Just a few really good kills.

Despite what I said earlier, DFW still manages to get several language errors in the subtitles in a film with barely any dialogue. “Gang violence” is one word. The viewer's sense of language is subjected to a lot of violence, yes. Unnecessary exclamation marks again. I wonder if I will be able to experience them finally hiring professionals.

Well folks, I saw it today in Pathe... I don't feel like I've wasted a few hours of my life. What a bad movie. Revenge story 100,000, but so incredibly sentimental. Couldn't get into it, and it made me a bit giggly in the end. Poi oi oi…

Went there tonight full of expectations, but it was a bit of a disappointment. The beginning is very smooth and nicely constructed, but after that short beginning, a very slow build-up begins, after which the cliché -karate-kid revenge-like content begins where he starts training . The man's wife is actually completely out of the picture. Without any emotion or support, or forming an opinion, that man does what he wants. This was also very long-winded in my opinion and sometimes I just had to laugh a few times as if they had to fill up the time. With about 30 minutes left in the film, the action starts, and during a certain scene (where a woman also joins in the gun fight) I burst out laughing again.

Nevertheless, it looked nice and there was a certain atmosphere, but the film could have been shorter. I thought the title was nice with quite a double meaning
