Elizabeth Willoughby, orphaned at a young age, inherited her family's impressive estate. She was raised by Robert, a retired US Marine and family friend. Under his watchful guidance, Elizabeth studied strategy, history, literature and ancient martial arts in her youth. Now a university professor, she is told by family friends Helen and Oliver Deakens that their antique bookshop is haunted by ghosts. Are they fooling Elizabeth? Could it be a hallucination? Elizabeth decides to get to the bottom of the paranormal mystery.
