"It takes more than luck of the Irish to fall in love."
Lindsey travels to a small coastal town in Ireland to acquire the rights to a valuable piece of land that her company plans to use to build a luxury hotel resort. Her task proves more difficult than expected, as the plot in question contains a 14th-century castle managed by the city council, which refuses to sell to anyone who wants to convert it. She tries to win over the charming councilor Brennan O'Brien to get a supporter on the city council. Soon Lindsey begins to fall in love with the town and with Brennan.
