The first Venom was a pretty average movie. Nothing special and actually some recycling of what we had seen before in the genre. But still with enough entertainment to enjoy. Also in this sequel you only have Tom Hardy as a good actor, even if he runs a bit on autopilot. The rest is quite a bit less. Very predictable film with not much to experience. The humor doesn't work, the action is below average.

Watched today and had expected more, after about 70 minutes I was already watching the final fight, while this film was supposed to last 97 minutes, I expected the film to have more in store, but it was ended pretty quickly.
After the credits he continues for a few minutes so that the total playing time came to about 89 minutes.
Much too short for a production like this in my opinion.
The intro is too long and once you think the movie starts, it's over.
Entertaining, but still more interesting.
