ZOMBIES is clearly a second-hand Disney series, casting actors who might have been second choices in a larger production. There is therefore no shortage of acting talent and the songs are quite catchy to a certain extent. Of course it is all very childish and all problems are solved as easily as they are caused. The rather simple design of all the creatures is disturbing, the zombies (green spray-painted hair) and the werewolves (primitive clothing and dreadlocks) are a bit too easy. In every respect, the makers have tried to save as much budget as possible and that does not benefit the visual side of it, but in the end I quite enjoyed it and the pace is moving at an endearing pace.
