Twenty Minutes of Love plot
Charlie finds himself in the midst of some loving couples in the park. He parodies a couple by hugging a tree. A girl asks her fiancé for a memento. The young man steals a pocket watch from a sleeping man. Charlie takes it from him and gives it to the girl. He later gets it back and tries to sell it to its original owner who calls a police officer.
