Earwig plot
Liège, the 1930s. Albert, in his fifties, takes care of twelve-year-old Mia professionally. Her teeth in particular require extra attention several times a day. The two live alone in a large apartment where Mia stays 24 hours a day and where the shutters are always lowered. Every day is the same, as are the weekly phone calls from a man asking about the girl's health. But one day Albert is asked to take the girl to Paris.
