In the Park plot
Charlie is in the park. A vagabond tries to pickpocket him, but finds nothing in his pockets. Meanwhile, Charlie takes him back. Moments later, the vagabond steals a young woman's handbag, but soon loses it to Charlie. This is the beginning of a lot of misunderstandings, which soon the police come into play.
