A prologue to The Darjeeling Limited, and I think you should see it that way. Which is a shame, because as a short film itself it falls short. Especially considering other short films by Wes Anderson, who can tell quite nice short stories with his own well-known style. That style also comes to the fore here, but the whole thing is too light to stick around and certainly doesn't make the necessary impact.
