"The heavyweight championship has begun!"
Billionaire Billy Ford has his team drill a hole in the seabed. When it turns out that something has gone wrong, Billy and his team take a submarine to the seabed. There they discover that the giant sea monster Tengu has awakened. Billy and his team must then do everything they can to save the planet.
