The Cave plot

"Hope Shines in the Darkest Places"

In the Syrian province of Al Ghouta, near Damascus, the war is raging in all its fierceness. Life is too dangerous above ground. Deep beneath the surface, a group of female doctors has set up an underground field hospital. Under the supervision of pediatrician Dr. Amani and her staff of doctors and nurses restore hope to some of the war's thousands of children and civilian victims.
