"There's something in the snow ..."
Billy is hunting in the wilderness when he is shot in the leg. Desperate for shelter, he is let in by the strange old lady Agnes, into her secluded log cabin. But Billy soon discovers that this is no ordinary shack, as he and Agnes are haunted by bloodthirsty, skinless creatures. Billy and Agnes must work together to survive.

Horrible ! Acting and story is a big zero! Also in terms of horror elements and atmosphere, despite the fact and the location, this film offers nothing. I'd say skip it.

Miss Charlie Always. My first acquaintance with him ( Escape from Cannibal Farm (2017) ) was also not a success, but after the more recent Death Ranch (2020) got the idea that there is more to it. That was a smooth & bloody genre film, simple and straight forward. However, Winterskin is a concept that completely stands or falls with the script and the performances; and both are not at the desired level. 'Mama Agnes' is an extremely annoying case of predictable overacting.
