Hip hip hooray, it's Teacher Roos's birthday! Of course she organizes a nice birthday party and everyone is invited. To make it extra festive, the funny boy next door Gijs decorates the colorful mill in which Miss Roos lives. But Gijs uses way too many balloons. To their horror, the windmill just rises because of the many balloons, with Teacher Roos and Gijs still in it...! They are taken by the flying mill on an exciting adventure around the world. Will they still be back in time to treat Miss Roos' class?
